Why local matters.
We answer the phone when you call, and we stand behind every roof we put on. We're easy to reach because we live and work in the same towns as the families we serve.
Storm-chasing crews roll in after the hail, write as many jobs as they can, and head to the next state before the season ends — no local office, no one nearby if a question ever comes up. That's not us. We're right here, year-round.
A warranty is only as strong as the roofer standing behind it — and we'll be right here in the Triad to stand behind ours.

I panicked when seeing the weather coming. I had multiple roof leaks at my rental house. I called Arthurs Roofing and Jeremy went there the same day and put up tarps. He was able to assess the damage and give me a quote as well. I will most definitely get the new roof from this company! Very courteous and knowledgeable.
Arthur's Roofing was excellent. We were able to quickly schedule an assessment to determine what was causing a roof leak. Mr. Arthur was able to identify the issue and get it fixed the same day. It has rained several times since our repair and we have had no further leaking.
Arthur’s Roofing did a great job on our new roof. Their work was right on schedule.with what we discussed. Matthew is good at staying in touch through the entire process. They even sent us drone pictures of the new roof when it was completed. We highly recommend them.
We had a leak due to the long winter and low and behold these people helped us get out of the water. Our roof is looking clean and I’m no longer worried about winters for a very long time. Would appreciate a coupon here and there, maybe birthday promotion 🙏 …
We had a completely positive experience with Jeremy at Arthur's Roofing. He and his crew replaced our roof including repairs and new gutter guards in one day for a reasonable price. He was open and friendly without giving us a pushy sales pitch.
Absolutely fantastic service. Had about a 4x2 patch of shingles fall the ridge of my home, resulting in about a 4" gap. Matthew was out less then 24 later to repair, and even added additonal nails/chalking to the other shingles of the ridge …

Honestly I could not wait to write a glowing review for this company! As a single lady, having people in my home for repairs is a little scary, I’m sure the ladies understand, you don’t know these people and there is a fear that you’ll be …

I received a call from my tenants while I was vacationing in Miami that a section of the roof had been damaged during a storm and was beginning to leak. I called most of the roofers in town to see if I could get someone to come out and do …
Custom slate roof installed by Arthur's. Unbelievable workmanship, professionalism, and quality. This isn't your everyday roof. It's very, very expensive and requires skills not every company has. Well wishes to you gentlemen. Great work!
I highly recommend Arthur's Roofing from soup to nuts! Obviously, the final product takes center stage and they did not disappoint: top-quality, dimensional shingles, lifetime guarantee on material + 15-year workmanship and everyone is …
